Common questions

How do I book an appointment?

You can book by calling us directly. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit includes a personalized assessment and gentle manual lymphatic drainage treatment. We will review your surgical history, current swelling, comfort level, and recovery goals. Your session may include a garment assessment, skin inspection, scar assessment, and lymphatic drainage massage.

Is it too early to begin after my surgery?

Starting lymphatic therapy early, ideally within the first few days before swelling peaks, provides the best results. It helps reduce acute swelling faster, minimizes discomfort, and prevents fluid accumulation or early fibrosis. Just keep in mind that you will need explicit clearance from your surgeon before you begin.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee.
